Order Cancellation

There are no cancellation or grace period to cancel orders once placed. All orders placed are considered sale and will be subject to the return/refund policy.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of defective or damaged merchandise. If you believe your item to be damaged or defective please contact us through at customerservice@blueutoys.com and submit photos of the received items to determine if the product is eligible for return.

We will accept return of defective or damaged product within 10 days upon delivery. Shipping cost plus insurance of the returned product is at your cost and should be carefully package within the standard of the original packaging. Failing to protect the product in packaging will void the eligibility of the return.

After a full inspection of the returned product in comparison to the pictures you have submitted, we will issue a full refund less shipping fee and 10% restocking fee to the original means of payment within 7 business days. If the customer so chooses, we can issue the refund through store credit less shipping fee and 10% restocking fee within 5 business days after full inspection. If upon our inspection of returned product, we find the product box or any contents have been altered, opened, or damaged, we will not accept the product return, and the item will be returned to you through standard shipping.

Exceptions to return policy: Returns received in opened, used, damaged condition may still be accepted upon Blue Unlimited discretion and will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded through store credits less the cost of shipping.

Return shipping for returned items is at the expense of the customer and in the event free shipping was used, that expense will be deducted from any refunds.  

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Issuance from your bank or credit card company may vary.

Discounted, open-box or loose items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Blue Unlimited Toys and Collectables will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners or online marketplaces (ex: Ebay, Mercari).

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged, lost, stolen or other wise destroyed or rendered undeliverable in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Open Box , Discounted, Sale, and Loose Item Policy

All purchases of Open Box, Discounted, Sale, and Loose items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Re-shipping and Package Forwarding Services Policies (Effective 1/7/2022)

Any customer orders fulfilled, starting 1/7/2022, from this website utilizing a Re-shipper or Package Forwarding Service address for shipping international will not be subject to our shipping/return policies. We DO NOT ship internationally currently. These orders are final sale. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or items shipped to Re-shippers or Package Forwarding Services. These orders can be placed on hold for up to 15 business days until payment clears. Blue Unlimited Toys and Collectibles, www.blueUtoys.com, the Owner, employees, partners, our sponsors, distributors, and suppliers DO NOT endorse, advise, acknowledge, advertise, partner with, or recommend any re-shipping or package forwarding service. We do, however, recommend finding a store within the customers home country that will provide reliable shipping.

Any Re-shipping or package forwarding service claiming to be associated with Blue Unlimited Toys and Collectibles or www.blueUtoys.com are making false claims and will be subject to penalty to the extent allowed by law.

Local Pick Up Policy

Any items sold through local pick up are strictly cashless transactions. All purchases must to be made through the www.blueutoys.com website. Customers will then be sent a time and date window in which their purchase can be picked up. We do occasionally have open hours for order pickup, these hours will be sent to customer after purchase. Orders can only be held for 3 business days, on the fourth business day the transaction will be canceled and any funds will be refunded to buyer less restocking fee. We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for any orders not picked up. Customer must present valid state or federal ID upon pick up to receive your purchase. The name must match the ID presented. We cannot give a purchase to anyone but the buyer. All items sold through our local pick up program are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders from Blue Unlimited are processed within 4 business days. Friday afternoon/evening orders may not start processing until Monday.  We observe all federal, state, and local holidays as such, we do not process orders on those days.

Carriers may deliver products on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders you can expect a 1-2 day delay in processing without notice. If you have any questions about processing of your order please email us at customerservice@blueutoys.com.

Stolen Packages 

With the rise in package theft around the United States and its territories, we can no longer afford to replace or refund packages that were successfully delivered to a customer’s property. Therefore, by making a purchase from this website (blueutoys.com/Blue Unlimited Toy & Collectibles) and agreeing to the terms and conditions, in the event that your product/pawas successfully delivered by your (the customer) chosen delivery method and then subsequently stolen from your (the customers) property or indicated vessel (mailbox, P.O. Box, Mailroom, etc), you have released Blue Unlimited Toys & Collectibles/blueutoys.com, it’s owners, employees, and investors, from any liability, and acknowledge that you expect no compensation in the form of replacement of items or refund of purchase. 

If you know or are aware of package theft in yours area it is recommended you contact us directly about additional delivery methods BEFORE making a purchase. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Order confirmation will be emailed to you within 4 hours of order placement, if due to an inventory error your order cannot be fulfilled we will refund you the total price paid plus shipping and email you to advise of the error.

Shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent once our carrier has picked up your shipment.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

International Shipping Policy

Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally at this time nor to any package forwarding services or warehouses.

Damages

Blue Unlimited Toys and Collectables is not liable for any products damaged, lost, stolen or in any way destroyed or rendered undeliverable during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer service directly to file a claim. Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
