Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of defective or damaged unopened merchandise. Once items are opened they are no longer returnable. If you believe your item to be damaged or defective please contact us through at customerservice@blueutoys.com and submit photos of the received items to determine if the product is eligible for return.

We will accept return of defective or damaged product within 10 days upon delivery. Shipping cost plus insurance of the returned product is at your cost and should be carefully package within the standard of the original packaging. Failing to protect the product in packaging will void the eligibility of the return.

After a full inspection of the returned product in comparison to the pictures you have submitted, we will issue a full refund less shipping fee and 15% restocking fee to the original means of payment within 7 business days. If the customer so chooses, we can issue the refund through store credit less shipping fee and 10% restocking fee within 5 business days after full inspection. If upon our inspection of returned product, we find the product box or any contents have been altered, opened, or damaged, we will not accept the product return, and the item will be returned to you through standard shipping.

Exceptions to return policy: Returns received in opened, used, damaged condition may still be accepted upon Blue Unlimited discretion and will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. The balance will be refunded through store credits less the cost of shipping.

Return shipping for returned items is at the expense of the customer and in the event free shipping was used, that expense will be deducted from any refunds.  

Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Issuance from your bank or credit card company may vary.

Discounted, open-box or loose items are not eligible for a return or refund.

Blue Unlimited Toys and Collectables will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners or online marketplaces (ex: Ebay, Mercari).

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged, lost, stolen or other wise destroyed or rendered undeliverable in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
